I enjoyed the shower and the large bed. The attendant at the front desk was very helpful, even lending me a phone charger. The location was super convenient since it’s close to the metro. I asked for a room in the back (not facing the highway) and slept quite well.

Overall, the room was clean but towels had a few stains. The shower water pressure was not strong. The furniture showed some wear and tear. The elevator was limited in space and hard to use with a double stroller. The nightly rate of over $300 was too much for the quality of this hotel. The staff was very helpful. The crib was already in the room when we arrived so that was very helpful. Our stay was very short so it served our purpose.

Last minute decision because of delays in travel. Property was a bit lackluster but in general not bad for a night sleep albeit next to a major freeway. The lady at the front was very friendly and assisted with our enquiries.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as offered bag check services before and after our stay, the room had its own air conditioning unit which was extremely helpful with the heat advisory the final day of our stay and everything was very well maintained. An elevator with access to all the floors including the basement was pointed out during check in and the basement included a microwave available for communal use which was extremely helpful. Check in and check out went very smooth, however I am still waiting to make sure the $50 deposit was refunded to my card

The staff was excellent. Our window faced the courtyard so we didnt here highway noise as others mentioned. The reviews about breakfast were way off. They have more than a typical continental breakfast. They had cooked waffles & Pancakes also.Breakfast was pretty good. The only negative was the small room size which is typical with the modern low- mid end hotels.

This hotel is pretty decent once inside the room. The outside of the building and hallway is outdated but that doesn’t matter. The inside of the room is clean and bathroom is perfect. Beds are very comfortable and the curtains do an awesome job at not letting in the sun during the day. It’s nice and dark all day inside the room. Cordoba Deli, 1 minute walk has authentic Mexican food and a small grocery store.
