Great location on Restaurant Row- large room with balcony and breakfast excellent. You are in the ‘city that never sleeps’ and this is a lively street all night long. Great boutique hotel.

We were so lucky to have found this hotel before heading to NYC, it was an absolute gem! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was immaculate, well maintained and perfect for our stay. Next time I’m in New York this is where I’ll be staying!

The hotel is a small boutique property reminiscent of European hotels, although not that small. It is ideally situated for theater goers. Note that unloading and loading suitcases can be tricky as there is no dedicated parking in front of the hotel, and it is difficult to see the entrance from the street.

Love the hotel and ideal location! The breakfast was perfect, although it was raining and the breakfast area had multiple leaks, but staff kept up with mopping. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel had such a great vibe. Went up to the rooftop terrace with both great seating areas and views. Nice and accommodating staff. Very nice boutique hotel and would definitely come back.

Staff was very helpful in helping to book a ride to JFK that was half the cost of an uber. Room was small but a free upgrade was offered. We declined as we only stayed one night. Would definitely book again

Loved the Hotel Scherman. I stayed for 5 nights and the staff and hotel were wonderful. Easy access to Broadway and numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. This will be my go-to hotel from now on for Broadway shows and midtown. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Hell’s Kitchen. We stayed in the room just off the elevator as it windows to an alley behind the hotel, so was very quiet at night. Given that it is two blocks from Broadway, the silence was golden. Breakfast is on the mezzanine above the restaurant Lola’s and in a beautiful spot, harkening back to an earlier time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had dinners on the same block on 46th as the hotel, too many good eateries to choose from. And the Imperial Theatre where we saw Billy Crystal’s 860 was a block and a half away. Great find just a few blocks south of Central Park. Highly recommend.

Great stay at the hotel, 2 blocks from Time Square. I was upgraded to a 2 bed room suite with a private balcony which was a nice touch! Bar Lola is on the bottom two floors and the menu was amazing,great music! Overall an excellent experience, I would definitely come back for another stay.
