Hôtel très confortable dans l’ensemble, exceptée la tuyauterie bruyante. L’hôtel pourrait remplacer les minis bouteilles de shampoing et autres par des distributeurs pour diminuer les déchets.

Le personnel, au-delà d'être courtois, est accueillant, souriant et très serviable. L'hôtel, quant à lui, est idéalement situé entre Times Square et Central Park (bien que plus proche de ce dernier). Une très belle expérience new-yorkaise ! Seul bémol, la langue de Molière ne figure pas au catalogue des prestations offertes.

Yes the room was spotlessly clean, inviting, quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Every person from the manager, the registration staff, housekeeping and the pub staff were all welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It was an A++experience. Room was fine. Not tiny. Bed a little soft. My complaint is that contrary to the photos, there is no gym. It’s several blocks away. And they hit you for a resort fee for it.

I haven't had a great stay yet; I only clicked to rate my check-in experience, which was very good. The hotel is nice but frankly I prefer the less fancy hotels that are still very nice and have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, and ice machines and drink machines on most floors. i'm not sure why fancy = no refrigerator or ice machine but it's a distinct disadvantage. i'm paying for the location for this place, but if I had a choice I would never pick a fancy place without the basic amenities of less swanky hotels.

We can’t rate this highly enough! Stayed as a family of 4, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, it was great. Even this afternoon when we were popping out to sightsee before leaving, the (lovely Donegal) manager insisted on popping our bags in his office as the bellhop was busy. Customer service at its finest! Food also great - I had a curry that was the closest to an Irish curry that I have tried out of Ireland, and my husband had a huge delicious steak. Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful stay here. The staff checking me in was lovely, the room was clean and well appointed and VERY quiet and I had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant. Will definitely return!
