"Place is terrible. The thermostat doesn’t work in any of the rooms you have to ask for maintenance to come up before 11 at night if you want your thermostat adjusted. Pictures were falling off the wall baseboard and paint degrading. Not typically a person to complain or make ratings, but after planning a trip and seeing the condition of this place verse, what was online. I need to share with others you’re looking for a place simply to sleep, on an uncomfortable sunken mattress, this is your place."

"We had a city view with a balcony. It was particularly enjoyable at night when all of the city lights were lit up. The valet staff and staff that originally checked us in were great. Evening desk staff was not super friendly. Didnt necessarily have a bad experience but no "hi/bye", no smile, just looked up at us then back down to the work he was doing. Which isn't that big of a deal. I mean, we're not royalty. I just prefer a more personable front desk person. Walkable to several restaurants. The hotel room was clean and they offered things that other hotels don't from my limited hotel experience. Things like: cotton balls, cotton swabs, and mouthwash. The hair dryer was decently powerful, not weak other hotels dryers I've used. The rooftop bar was a total vibe. It had a beautiful view. The aesthetic was stunning and would be a wonderful place to hang out and chill. Overall, very impressed and satisfied. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"

"nothing was close ir was a shell gas station and burger goat i was very disappointed when i missed my flight to home and rooms were nice and clean if i didn't missed my flight to home i would gave 10 out 10"
