"There was an incident on Saturday, where I was in the shower, and my friend was asleep in the bed and a hotel staff person came into our room. Unannounced never verbally announced. Their presence dropped off a microwave that we did not order and left when we talked to the assistant manager at the front desk on our way out to dinner, he seemed extremely unbothered said that if we didn’t have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door staff could come in. We didn’t think that that was very appropriate our safety and our privacy was invaded so yeah overall the stay wasn’t great. I have spoken via chat here on Hotels.com with somebody because I really don’t feel like we should be paying for stay."

"The hotel was very clean and housekeeping came every day, which we appreciated. The staff were nice and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable. However, the pet policy was very disappointing. The property is advertised as pet-friendly, but after we made the reservation, paid, and arrived, we were told that pets are not allowed on the ground areas around the property, in the pool area, or even on the beautiful sandy beach nearby. Pets are basically only allowed inside the room. We travel with a small toy poodle, and because of these restrictions it felt like we were in a comfortable but very limited space. We could only really use the room for sleeping and had to go elsewhere during the day. If we had known about these rules in advance, we would have chosen another place for less money. Aside from daily housekeeping, the property does not offer many additional services."

"Everything was great the only thing was that I wished they had more of a coffee selection or breakfast bar it looked like they were renovating it into such, will have to check back. Room was gorgeous, staff was helpful and friendly, pool was heated, hot tub needs a resurface was definitely dated but all in all a great stay with one of a kind views."
