"The hotel is nice but not at this price point, rooms are clean, lobby is very nice unfortunately once you step outside the hotel you are greeted by construction, dirty streets, pan handlers, homeless, endless parade of bikers and trucks loudly revving their engines that I could hear all the way from the 23rd floor. Called for bath towels for my room can't really tell you how long took for them to deliver them but we left about an hour after and they still hadn't arrived, found them by the door after we returned from dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is slow, waited 45 minutes for a couple of sandwiches, get this the bread was nicely toasted but refrigerator cold. Breakfast buffet is basic, pan of flavorless scrambled eggs, stale bread, bagels, some baked potatoes that tasted like they were cooked days before, if you want a nice breakfast you're out of luck as there's nothing really to choose from other than a small dinner that's packed with line out the door or an IHOP and waffle house. We booked for 4 nights but ended up leaving early. "

"The room was excellent! We loved the space and the view of the ocean. The only downfall was that the balcony was shared with everyone on the floor. I would have loved a little more privacy on the balcony. Overall, our stay was excellent and the check in process was easy!! We would come back and stay again!"
