One of the nicer units in the building. Beautifully decorated to include granite kitchen counters Bedroom is small but it’s own separate room. Walk to Boardwalk. Fabulous pool! Our personal family spot so very particular on renters. Second floor makes easy communication with those st the pool directly from the balcony . Building VERY secure with key entries to all amenity areas. Sleep sofa for 2nd bed

Perfect for one or two people. Very nice inside, a great ocean front view, and a quick walk to good restaurants. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The communication with the host was excellent. She was so quick to respond to a couple of my questions! The place was spotless and the view absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, new couches, and the small bedroom with privacy was perfect.

Perfect Place On The Beach

I’ll start by saying that the few negative reviews I read prior to my booking were clearly written by the type of people that will never be satisfied in life. This place was exactly as described but even better in person. We slept comfortably on the bed and couches. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was comfy with one of the best views of Daytona Beach with the pier in view off the balcony just north a short distance. The pool was nice, heated, and clean, with lots of seating. The lobby staff were very helpful and polite. The game room and fitness area just off the lobby were also nice. The beach was clean and has a lifeguard station about 100 yards north of this unit. There’s a small beachfront park right next to this property if you have little ones. A Publix grocery store 3.5 miles north right on Atlantic Ave. 2 beach front restaurants 5 minute walk up the beach on the way to the pier. There’s too many great things to list especially for the price. Nancy the unit owner and host was super nice to work with and very accommodating. Because of Nancy and how nice our stay was here, we will definitely be back! Great times, great memories!

I will start with room. Kitchen had food under the two stove burner. The back burner, we were afraid to use due to really couldn't stir anything if cooking due to the microwave was so close to it. The toaster oven was super small and older. It looked dirty but after really looking at it, just old and look rusty. The utensils for the kitchen was bare. Refrigerator was good size. One ice try but was cracked. Owner had stated ice machine was on the same floor, no ice machines on any floor and had to go to lobby to get ice. The living room showed table with two chairs, none in the condo, no table with chairs on the balcony as shown, only a bar with stools but set low to the ground and uncomfortable to eat a meal. The leather furniture was very worn, cracks and cushions sunk in.The bedroom smelled like pee or mold, never could distinguish which it was. It was coming from the air condition area. The condo was clean but not crystal clean. This was my 3rd year staying in this building, 1st year was great, 2nd, elevators were on and off running and they have removed all ice machines to one in lobby, 3rd only 1 elevator was working and still no ice machines. The owner had stated in message to get in the room, the ice machines were on the same floor, do they not get a message when resort removes things? The resort is older but we had stayed there because of the security of moving from pool to ocean and back, but had seen this year the pool was cleaned only twice the week we had stayed.

Great for the price!

The hotel is older, but nice. The room was wonderful especially for the price! The sofa bed was broken, but the host put Ottomans in that turned into little beds. They were a little hard, but OK for kids. A great view with beach accessories! The kids loved the pool and beach! Great location! The host was very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Room location was excellent with good view of beach and pool. Room is comfortable for two people. Fitness room and activity room was clean and orderly. Two excellent restaurants about a block away and boardwalk well within walking distance.

Nice place!

Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place.

Incredible Ocean Front Value

If you are looking for an oceanfront place to stay then this is the place to stay! The resort, while older, is well maintained. The room, kitchen and bathroom was supplied with about everything you'd need. Communication with the owner Nancy was fast, accurate and positive. The view was great. No obstacles to seeing beach and ocean. We would have no problem staying here again.

Horrible, the absolute worst!

Unbelievably horrible, so bad that VRBO will be sending out a health and safety inspection. Where do I start; dirty and filthy. Wall was opened up in a cabinet to fix plumbing issues and left open and exposed with the Sheetrock left inside the cabinet (the host was aware of this). Refrigerator was dirty with crumbs in both freezer and lower. The place smelled and they put baking soda on top of the cabinets to mask it. The pots and pans were mix match, old and nasty. No fry pan only a nasty huge sauté pan. Everything in the place would be thrown out if donated to the Good Will. Opened exposed electrical outlet (the host was aware of this). The toilet was not bolted down (the host was aware of this). Said they would refund but shorted the refund a day after agreeing refund 9 days. Couch is about 20 years old, completely indented in from sitting in the same spot. Bed was horrible and can only be accessed by one side. Can barely walk to the closet due to the bed and dresser being forced into the room. Inside the cabinets were filthy. The towels were old and nasty, I’m guessing 15 to 20 years old (not an exaggeration!). I don’t have any problems with an older building or an older outdated room. If it is clean, well kept and up to standards. After the pictures we sent to Vrbo, their thought was that this looks like someone’s home, not a place that is being rented to guests. The good… The view was great, Nancy was very helpful before our arrival and the location was great.

3 night stay

The check-in process was extreamly easy. The host made it easy and was very prompt about returning texts with any questions that we may have had. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had is the property has some construction going on and they start work rather early. Other than that everything was great.

Nice beach location

Excellent stay. Right next to the beach, beautiful view and it was a good space for one night stay with my daughter. One bed and ottoman that turns into a bed. Couches are also available. Parking was a little hustle when we stayed (I think it was because of events going on around the area) but the host was very kind enough to help me find a spot for us over the phone. Very communicative host and helpful host to accommodate our needs for the stay.

Set up for the basic economy minded.

Great view of the ocean!!!! Pool and hot tub are good. Room entrance keypad not working properly. Not nearly enough outlets, only a small lamp in main room, making it dimly lighted with no overhead lighting. Livingroom couches are broken down and very used. They definitely need to be replaced! Bedroom has a window to the hallway... why??? Lol There are shades on the window, but at night the bright hallway lights shine into the bedroom. Should have blackout shade or just paint the glass window to the hall black... nobody would ever want to look into the hallway from the bedroom. This isn't on the owners but water pressure on he shower is not great. All in All... it worked for our 3 night stay, but I'll look for an upgrade next time I'm in Daytona Beach. If you just need a place to crash its a doable economy choice. Owner is very responsive as well.
