This is an older property. However it is well built. The rooms could have been cleaner. And some of the amenities were not available. The one thing I did love was the fact that my room did have a beautiful view of the beach. It was definitely oceanfront and I liked that.

Great location and the pool and deck were clean. The bar had great food and the front desk folks were great. The room was a little dated, but not bad. The a/c worked great. Overall, we had a great stay!

Oven did not work, hair dryer did not work, cold water in bathroom did not work ( only hot ). toilet was running, my husband fixed it. Everything in kitchen felt greasy and slimey. The rest seemed clean enough. Staff was nice, said they would put in work order for oven.....we brought food to cook for 2 days and could not. Maintenence never came in.....

Rooms were old and not taking care of. They were trying to keep it clean but. Loved the pump cold water into pool so it was refreshing. And they did keep the pool very clean. Pool was probably best park of stay. But would not return to this property for another get away.

The motel was excellent. The room was clean and recently remodeled.\n Staff was great with the exception of one Gus clerk. He was foreign and did not comprehend his job. But that didn't affect our stay. It was excellent.

The room smelled like mold, it wasn’t a comfortable room, it was small…we booked a full kitchen room but didn’t get anything close to that, the water coming out of the sink barely worked, the bathroom was tiny, the air conditioner barely worked, we had to have 3 fans going on in the room at all times & still that didn’t help, we were there for 10 days & not once did we get our room cleaned, even after me asking twice. We were very disappointed, we won’t be staying here again…go down to The Max for about the same price you get treated very well & you have a ton of amenities
