You'll notice a beach ramp in the photos but please be aware that due to King Tide season, there is a few inch drop off from the bottom of the ramp onto the sand so it wouldn't be accessbile for those with mobility devices. Anyone else would be able to step down into the sand without issue. Aruba Condominiums boasts upscale comforts in Daytona's newest complex having just opened in 2021\. Experience state of the art facilities in scenic Daytona Beach Shores. The Aruba boasts an assigned parking space per unit with additional first-come-first-serve parking spaces. The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room. Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance. The moment you enter this 7th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area seats 6 with 3 additional bar stools and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience! This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The primary bedroom also includes a Dozier chair which folds out to allow an additional sleeping area for a smaller adult or child. The prmiary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The primary bathroom includes a grab bar and low ledge in the shower for those with accessability needs. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Not as nice as Condos we have stayed at in Daytona Shores before and it was Much more expensive. Thought this time we would pay more to have a More luxury place but the only plus was that it had larger rooms which was nice but not worth 2 times the price in our opinion. Other notes the Main TV in family room was not working due to no HDMI cord. Batteries missing from remotes. Water filter in Fridge expired, Dining Chair was dangerously loose and overall the unit was not a clean as we expected for a Luxury Condo. These items were fixed on Monday of our stay but Saturday and Sunday we did without. The biggest problem with the room was the Master Bed was literally on the Floor! The Frame was Missing! We found it in the Closet in broken pieces. The rental company, although Very Nice, (everyone we spoke to in the offuce was very nice and couteous) did nothing about that problem. And only agreed to refund 200 dollars on the last day of our stay after a few more calls. Hoping this is helpful to others considering a stay. We will not be staying in another Oceans Luxury Rental condo again. ##### Christopher J. Communication with the realtor was top notch. They always kept in touch letting me know everything from start to finish. Condo was lovely. Exactly like it was advertised. We stayed for four weeks, at times family or friends joined us. This condo was just as pictured in the photos, plenty roomy for four adults and two kids, comfy beds, gorgeous view of the ocean and beach (including sunrises, moonrises, rocket launches), and nicely appoint3d as far as TVs, furniture and appliances. The workout facilities were small but sufficient, and walking for miles on the beach was super convenient. Heated pool was a real treat and got some good use during our February stay. Convenient to stores and restaurants and to tourist sites. We’re considering an even longer stay for next year. ##### Elaine D. It had everything needed to start your vacation. The beds were comfy and the unit was well stocked with towels and other items needed!
