Impossible to find your way from tower section to lobby without going outside and around the entire building. In winter this not fun. There is signage but directions were not specific or helpful. Room was satisfactory and staff were pleasant. Until the renovations are complete I suggest staying elsewhere in Kelowna. However, the accommodations are bare bones - no coffee (have to go outside and to the lobby), no iron or ironing board (this was an issue because I was there for an event), and the walls are so thin I could hear the neighbours talking and anyone outside. So be prepared not to sleep. It’s clearly a summer party motel for young adults. (2 reviews) The townhouse was perfect for our needs and the location and property were fantastic- but it is pretty outdated for the costs. Our only drawback was the pullout couches were horrendously uncomfortable and you could feel all of the springs/ the metal frame underneath on your back. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Sadly the indoor pool and hot tub were out of commission when we visited but it was nice enough still that the outdoor ones worked perfectly. The cleaning staff were helpful in getting us what we needed and when we arrived our townhome was missing a bunch of kitchen stuff and the staff brought them over right away.
