« We had a miscommunication with the property manager and the way he communicated with me made me uncomfortable and tainted our visit, sadly. That being said, the staff of the home was great (especially Manny, Frederico and Daniel the chef). The house works for groups, and it's nice having everything in house. »

« The anemities are good but not amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but has worn out cookware. Cleaners were there everyday but not thorough with floors especially. A Cockroach was seen multiple times in the back of kitchen drawers. Maintenance issues like slow draining showers and leaking tubs were noted to management but not fixed. Property is beautiful though, overall furnishings are nice. Quiet and safe with 24 hour security was appreciated. Our unit being right on the beach was amazing. »

"Bel hôtel bien rénové, bon repas, point faible c’est plus difficile d’avoir accès aux restaurants à la carte. Il faut faire la file 45 minutes minimum avant l’ouverture et ensuite c’est complet même s’il reste des tables de libres. J’avais déjà voyagé à ce Riu et les restaurants étaient toujours très facilement accessibles. C’est le gros négatif. Deuxième point, la piscine adulte nos costumes de bains ont de décolorés et pas un petit peu. Nous sommes pourtant restés seulement une heure environ chaque fois. Résultat 2 maillots de qualité (La vie en rose) à jeter. "
