Waterfront Luxury Villa (62) with sunset views and boat slip

This renovated and spacious 3BD, 3.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom includes its own TV, and the living room features a large flat-screen—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
This Villa features a bump-out in the living room for added space, plus an additional en-suite bathroom connected to the guest bedroom with a queen bed—providing more comfort and convenience for your stay.
Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from your private porch or upper balcony. Just off the back porch is your private boat dock, ideal for boating enthusiasts.

Dock Details:
Max overall vessel length: 35 ft (tip of bow to end of engines)
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Max draft allowed: 3 ft
One vessel per dock space (no PWCs or multiple boats)
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in, and charcoal grills are located throughout the resort for grilling your fresh catch.
The property is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing, easy getaway—just pack your bags and unwind!

Great location, beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location, it was fun to walk along the canal and look for manatees, and the corner lot gave superior views. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very kind and understanding when we had a mishap and unfortunately broke something.

This is one of the best condos I've stayed in. It was clean and in a perfect location. I loved sitting out on the balcony right next to the water first thing in the morning and of course watching the sunset!

Managers were extremely responsive. Super detailed and highly professional. View is amazing and this property is an end unit which gave three sided views across water. The boat slip for this unit was about 40 feet away - extremely useful.

This central place in the Keys was perfect for traveling to experience all the Keys have to offer!!

The condominium was amazing and so tastefully decorated. To be able to go out onto either the main porch facing the Gulf or onto to the porches upstairs from every bedroom is simply wonderful. I really needed this kind of break and thoroughly enjoyed the setting!! The grounds are meticulously cared for beautifully landscaped which is quite something when you see how dry the climate is in this region. I went to the pool only once but the water was perfect and everyone there was enjoying it a lot. John stopped by with an amazing gift of a Key Lime pie that his wife had just made....and I was just yearning for some sweet to go with my cup of tea!! Perfect timing, Judi!! Thanks so much for that delicious treat! This was a get-away for only me this time but I would love to bring my family back sometime to see their reaction to this gem in the Keys!! Thanks John and Judi!!

Amazing villa and location in the Florida Keys!

We recently spent 4 nights at this 3-bedroom villa in Marathon. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. This villa is located at the end of the complex in a smaller building with amazing sunset and sunrise views! The villa was recently redecorated with high-end furnishings and fixtures. The best amenity was dock space for our boat steps from the villa - easy access to the Atlantic side via Vaca Cut for plenty of snorkeling, fishing and spear fishing. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need, and paper, cleaning and bath products were provided. Efficient communication regarding confirmation, access codes, and info of what to see and do in Marathon.
