"I gave the hotel 5 stars because everything was amazing! I live in Florida and came to Ohio to be with my son, who is autistic and recently was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy stage 5. He was going to begin the process of getting a donor kidney. He is 33 and I also had his autistic brother, who is 19, with me. Mercedes happened to be the desk clerk when I checked in. There was a mishap with my check in dates and Mercedes handled it professionally. Because I was from out of town I wanted to have a place to hang with my kids and 3 grandkids and the pool was perfect! The kids were really loud and I was worried they were disturbing the lobby area. I apologized to Mercedes for them being loud and she said they couldn’t hear it with the double sets of doors. She gave the kids snacks and told me not to worry about the messes they made. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was extremely clean and I had no issues with anything, which is typically not true with a hotel stay. She gave us a room that was away from other rooms, which was good because my boys can be loud. The boys loved the hot breakfast and so did I! I really had no complaints! I will make this my regular stay when I come to visit my kids. ❤️ it was a bit pricier than the other hotels by it, but it was definitely worth the extra money for an uncomplicated stay!!"

"The apartment was great for our 3-day wine shopping weekend. The accommodations were comfortable. The location was great as it is in the middle of wine country. Bedroom: The bed was a bit too soft but we slept well anyway. The on-wall heater/ac worked well. We appreciated the night stands with electrical outlets and USB ports. I was able to hang my clothing storage but my wife had to store her suitcase in the living room Bathroom: very clean. The shower worked well. We used the soap and shampoo provided. Living room: the sofa was comfortable. We reclined often. The television worked well for us. I did use my Hulu account to watch live sports though. We appreciated the heating console as the evenings were chilly. Kitchen: it had everything we needed except wine glasses. We didn’t cook. We did use the full-size fridge. Outside: we didn’t use the chairs or the fire pit. Looks like the building could use some updating. Overall we recommend this place. Kevin was very responsive to our communications. We didn’t anything extra as the apartment was well equipped. Thanks for providing a nice place Kevin."
