"Everything was good, even the breakfast the morning the power was out. The water pitchers during breakfast could use some ice in them - or an ice bucket for people that prefer the water be ice cold. Also, I was hoping for a reduced rate for Thursday evening when the power went out. We were unable to watch TV or read due to the power outage, and the Wifi wasn't working either. The room also got a little uncomfortably warm overnight with there being no air conditioning. With all of this I had expected to receive half off or more to make up for the inconvenience, even though I recognize it was not the fault of the property. I would welcome this gesture of good faith!
