"Perfect for 2 people. We had everything we needed for our visit. We enjoyed the quiet country setting. A nice grocery store was a short drive and Ashtabula was an easy drive. The purpose of our trip was to observe the total solar eclipse, but we made time to do a covered bridges tour. The trails to the river were enjoyable. Recommend this cottage."

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Its a cute little cabin with a wonderful outdoor shower as an added bonus. The cabin is minutes from the Ohio border and you can see the lake from the back deck. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. We did the Erie Zoo, Football Hall of Fame, Presque Isle, and the Classic Car Museum. Lynn came to greet us soon after we unpacked. "The 3 ponds and 14 acres of vineyard were absolutely stunning and exactly the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. The cabin itself is cozy and well stocked. The beds are all extremely comfortable and give an over all home way from home feeling. The dock on the pond to the right of the cabin is the perfect place to read and catch the sunset. The propery managers are so friendly and manage everything so well. Would absolutely love to stay there again."

"The place was clean, with little extras you don’t see at other places. Bed was comfortable. We pulled a boat n there was a place to plug in the battery on the boat n plenty of parking for the boat n truck. There was a lot of new construction right across from this place so the front porch was dirty n we ended having to clean it so we could sit out there, but no biggie. Thanks for letting us stay! Nice Place!"

"The cottage was the perfect size in a great location. The cottage had everything you need for a few days and Jeff left us a thoughtful card and chocolate. My only suggestion would be to clean the floors and under the bed more often. It was very dirty when we dropped our phone under the bed. We would absolutely come back!"
