"supposedly the hotel was going thru a renovation.. even tho I did not see any renovations happening...The hotel was a disappointment, the pool and hot tub did not work, it was nearly vacant, hvac in our room didnt work and the exterior doors did not lock for security."

"I picked up a terrible rash / insect bites that started the first night and got worse the second. Almost a week later and it is just beginning to heal up. Contacted the hotel and they said it couldn’t possibly be them. The front desk people were stellar. Food was solid. Nothing else really to complain about - but my arms, legs and torso are all covered in bites that weren’t there when I arrived and which didn’t continue to spread when I left so… Something at that hotel disagreed with me. "

"The Internet did not work and I was on a business trip. The hotel argued with me and made me pay for a night to cancel even though I was only there three hours. The hotel is dated and has small rooms. It was centrally located and had a parking lot in back."
