Une enveloppe avec nos coordonnées et les instructions pour le déroulement du séjour. Il faut s'inscrire pour le petit déjeuner à une heure précise. Ayant oublié de nous insrcire le second jour, en arrivant à la salle à manger à 8h40, il nous a été répondu que la cuisine était fermée. Pas même une tasse de thé ou de café nous a été proposée. Ayant payé plus de CHF 400.-/nuit, nous trouvons que c'est un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
