"Property was full of ants, the outside stairs and deck was rotting to a point my friend hurt her ankle as the wood drooped down, the 2nd bedroom is through the main room and that with no proper curtains left minimum privacy, the bedding in the 2nd room smelt like perfume, there were sticky marks on the flooring like a drink had been spilt and not cleaned up, there were amenities listed that weren’t there, lights with no bulbs, the upstairs had no air circulation making it unbearable to sleep as...

"It’s very reasonable for the price, quite cozy. Communicating with the owner was very pleasant and always quick to respond. Only downside was parking. The place has 6-7 units and parking is very limited, sometimes you get a parking spot and then the next time you’re trying to figure out where to park. The units are well numbered although be nice to have a little direction of where to enter. Overall, nice stay, clean and very close to anything you may need."

"Good location and very clean.Issues: window shade was poorly installed and fell on me every time I tried to adjust it.The bed was sub-par and there was no remote to the living room TV. Otherwise, the room was adequate."
