« Property was ok. Wasnt aware the front of property faces a major roadway. Constant noise from emergency vehicles was a major annoyance on top of everyday traffic. No grassy area for pets. Location was convenient to beach . Overall stay was good »

« Stay was fantastic. Owner supplied everything you could need for a home away from home. Beds were comfortable. Brita Water filter was really a nice feature for filling water bottles. Home was centrally located to drive to Portland or surrounding area and walking distance to fielders choice for ice cream or general dollar and even the pier. Would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a great property for friends and family to gather. »

« My aunt and I were looking for a central location for shopping in and around Old Orchard Beach area. Perfect location. Quiet and clean. Host was very quick to answer any questions. Easy to get to and easy to get into when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful getaway! »

« We had a really nice time for the 4 nights we were there. There was plenty of space inside, a nice yard for thé kids to play in. It was close enough to the beach to walk there. The host being present is a major plus since he is a nice person and often inquired if anything was missing. If we go back to Old Orchard we would definitely go back! »

« This was as advertised and served the purpose of our family get away for New Years Holiday. Yes it was off season, and very quiet, but that was our desire. We have been to Old Orchard Beach during peak season and we wanted something different from that. Still plenty of tourist interests were open for us out-of-towners to enjoy. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. No problems at all! »

« Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck »
