The room was clean as always. The staff is always so helpful if you need anything. The outdoor pool was awarmer than the ocean, so that was great. Plenty of parking! Always a great place to stay highly recommend!

Very nice little place to stay. The balcony is very narrow, especially with the chairs, but overall, a nice, clean place to stay close to the pier. Our shower had no soap; it was empty.

This place was so cute. Super close to the beach, food, and palace playland. Everything was wonderful about staying here. One tiny thing was the mattress was a little hard, but over all I would recommend staying here 100%!

Super convenient spot with a good small room - there’s a great little coffee and breakfast stand across the road and down a block and the beach access is right across the road from the hotel. This is our second year at seagrass and will stay there again.

Family run establishment, short walk to the beach,beach chairs you can use. Patio area with free use of grill, microwave, griddle. Pool with pool toys, floats etc. I could go on and on. This was my first time going there but it will not be the last. Peter and Lisa were the best!!! See you next summah!

First time staying here. Staff was very friendly. The Inn is in a great location to the beach, restaurants, bars with live music, shops, carnival rides and mini golf. Nice pool also. So much to do in walking distance.

The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful! The pool was great and the room was perfect. Great area as well, not to close to the pier so it’s quite but close enough to have a short walk! Would definitely recommend!

I got there earlier than the scheduled check in time, and was able to check in with no issues. The owners are very nice and told me of local places to get food and see entertainment. The room was great, I was able to find parking right outside my room. The pool area is clean and so quiet. There is a BBQ area, that I did not use but adds an additional touch that you don't get at most places. Definitely will be staying here again.

Very nice staff at this motel. Close to local attractions. We had a blast at the small bar across and down the street. Rooms are smaller but sufficient for what we needed. Note there are train tracks running through the town.

The couple that owns the hotel are amazing! We were there early June and they opened the heated pool for my daughter before and after we checked out. She loved it. Thank you so much! We will be back soon! I don’t normally write reviews but this is our 4th time staying there and it’s always so nice. Great family place!

This is a small, locally owned Inn and the owners are wonderful and helpful. Even though it's an older building, the rooms are clean and straightforward. The beach access is amazing, and the AC worked well in the rooms, and those are our family's top priorities! I do wish we had brought earplugs for sleeping as the train tracks run right up the beach area, right behind most of the hotels and inns. Loved the ease of access to the iconic/popular pier area.

The room itself was very clean. The essentials were provided. Everyone was super accommodating and the location was excellent. The train was loud and there was lots of late night noise despite managers attempts however we had a wonderful couple of days and the beach was very close by and of course beautiful.
