"This motel is in a great location within Old Orchard Beach. Just steps from the ocean and few minute walk to the heart of the town, but far and quiet enough to sleep well. The staff are so welcoming and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable as well. "

"The property was disguising not like the photos. There’s no office when we called there was no answer look as there were people living on the property full time. We showed up the room wasn’t clean smelled of cigarette smoke we didn’t stay reached out to the motel. It’s not a motel more like staying in a shed. No response Expedia didn’t refund our money either. We didn’t stay there"
