"This in is just wonderful! The staff are super friendly & accommodating. Some staff has been working there for 25 years. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with gluten free options available. Access for someone who cannot do steps or walk much currently, I was just so thankful for the set up and accommodations. There is a cold vending machine for cold spring water & snacks. The Inn is beautiful and very much a country home feeling with beautiful touches and privacy even close to the road. Beautiful flower gardens. Couldn’t be happier staying here! This was our second stay at this sweet Inn."

"The location was great. You could walk to Bar Harbor or take the island explorer to avoid paying for parking downtown. Note that taking the island explorer back from downtown takes longer (5 min there, 20 min back) because Wonder View is the last stop. The room was clean and we had a ton of space in a corner room with two queens and a wraparound balcony. The indoor pool was a nice surprise. The outdoor pool was beautiful but it was cold and the weather wasn’t super hot so we only enjoyed it briefly. Check in and out was super easy, the staff was helpful and friendly."
