"Loved our stay at the cottage near quaint towns of Waterbury and Waitsfield with access to great restaurants, breweries and beautiful hikes! The cottage was restored nicely with all the modern amenities. Really enjoyed having an updated kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities. The water supply is from a mountain stream and at times the water pressure could be challenging when all needed to shower at the same time but we were able to make it work by staggering our showers. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps. "I loved this place. It's a rustic cottage with all the amenities. It was near the university so it was easy to go back and forth. It was clean and cozy, tucked away in the foliage. The host and hostess were very accommodating and responsive. I hope to stay here again next year. "
