« This was a perfectly lovely hotel, well located within Maastricht. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well appointed for my needs. I also appreciated being able to turn on the heating after a long day walking around outside in the cold. The staff was also lovely and kind. »

La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre ....

"Matelas complètement affaissé côté droit, trous dans les draps. Restaurant fermé deux soirs sur les trois de notre sejour. Le vendredi soir, malgré la fermeture du restaurant, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous avait informé que nous pourrions tout de même manger des pizzas et des desserts. Arrivé au restaurant, ni pizza ni dessert car la personne était seule pour servir. Prix exorbitant decouvert à l'arrivée, de 25 euros/jour pour notre petit chien alors qu'aucun service n'est prévu pour lui. Bref, le prix est injustifié pour un tel service. "
