3/5 - Okay
I didn't experience much of it. I went from my subway to other points in NYC.

When first arrived we were given a room that had not been cleaned and when we told the front desk they did nothing to make up for the mistake. Bellman was very kind and helpful.

Clean and comfortable.

This is a prime Time Square location. It's an old, noisy hotel but has so much character and the wine happy hour is great. Rooms are good size too! The included breakfast is grab-and-go, but it's great.

I checked in late and the front desk was very efficient and friendly.

It's a noisy neighborhood. The hotel kindly provides earplugs, but it's not enough to shut out the heavy street noise that continues well past midnight on weekends

Easy to get to and from Manhattan from LIC, especially considering how much cheaper it was for a hotel here. Museum of the Moving Image was fantastic! Ate at No.5 (great vibes and salads) and Menu (really friendly, good food at good price).
No good restaurant to eat. Close go subway but only limited F train. Too dirty on streets.
Very good hotel and staff always pleased to help.
Didn't stay there long enough.
I would recommend to stay here if you don’t want to spend a fortune on accommodation on Manhattan Island.
