Hyatt Grand Central New York
Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was dirty with hair. The picture on the wall wasn’t wiped down and there was splashes of substance on it.There was trash behind the ottoman in the bedroom. The bedsheets on one of the beds had some type of substance on it and some other dirty marks.

The Shelburne Sonesta New York
We had the best weekend at the Shelburne Sonesta. We were celebrating a big birthday and the staff treated us so well and made it a very special occasion. We will definitely stay here again!!

We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. East Village Hotel
It was terribly loud. Not just the street noise but the HORRIBLY loud from the room above. We stayed a week and truly did not get one good night's sleep.
