Lotte New York Palace
In line one hour to check in. Billing errors took four trips to the counter to correct. I was given a $200 inconvenience voucher for use on the property just before I checked out, so it was of little use. Service here is a mess right now. After years of loyalty to the Palace, I doubt I'll stay there ...

The Beekman Tower, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
The room was clean, good location, felt safe. Rooftop bar has a great view of the city! Able to use computer to print a couple needed documents.
