It was lovely to walk in and immediately had a cup of tea. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. The absolute best was the location… very nicely located. I did t live that my whole party of three, including my son had to provide passports and a slew of information but other than that it was perfect. I’m more than happy to give five stars here because the staff were amazing. It was a small bed but it was only me so it wasn’t a problem. The lounge was comfortable. There was coffee and tea making provided and it is a really accessible location and very close to the railway station with great restaurants.
