The staff did a good job to keep up to the hordes at the breakfast buffet. The carpets are tired, indicative of the traffic this hotel sees. Happily we booked a premium room. It was barely big enough for two of us. The room was quiet and dark at night. The shower had good power. The room was serviced when we requested it. The location is excellent.

We had a very nice stay at the Hub Premier Westminster May 16-20. The front desk staff was helpful on check in and friendly whenever we passed the desk to get to our room. We asked for an extra pillow and towel and these were supplied quickly with no issues. The breakfast that was included in our package was a great start to the day and included hot and cold items and amazing coffee! The rooms are quite small but well laid out so we were able to unpack our bags and store things away. The location is what drew me to this hotel and it is perfectly placed to walk to many attractions in the area. We lived our stay here and will stay again if we return to London! Thank you Hub!
