Property was clean and staff were helpful. Having breakfast available and a bar was great for a small hotel. The room was small which was fine as we were only staying for 2 nights. It was really hot in London and the aircon in the room didn’t have a great output so was too hot to sleep even though we were in the basement. I would recommend providing it’s not too hot outside!

If you're not expecting a large room, it does the job well. I had a great night's sleep and woke up to the sound of birds singing. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent—it's within the city, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area.

Unfortunately, bit of an issue at check in as no extra bed had been made available. The receptionist did sort it out, but a bit of an inconvenience. Air conditioning wasn't working, uncomfortable sleep with noisy fans that just circulated the warm air. Only 1 towel in room, more provided at 9.30pm. Not ideal and not receptionists fault, she was doing her best. Bathroom products were lovely, hotel was clean and smelt fresh, staff were friendly. Could be more fresh breads and gluten free options at breakfast. Great location, handy for underground and quiet area.

A nice hotel, staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. It is a bit small but has most essential. The bathroom is modern and has powerful shower. Air-conditioning is working well too. Also the location is very near to Earl's court tube station. Will definitely use it again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable beds. Even the pillows were high standard! However the pressure in the water was up and down. The shower and the sink was odd. You had to turn a knob to turn on and off the water, instead of just pulling up or down on the lever(as normal). It seems like the hotel wanted to keep a water to a minimum to save on environment, but it backfires and you have to use 5x the normal amount instead. Still, I would stay there again. :)
