"We stayed at the most fantastic VRBO, so beautifully decorated with so much style and personality. Every little touch was thoughtful and the location right on the ocean couldn’t be better. For example this ocean view is the best ever because my partner and I loved waking up to it every morning from our bedroom .We loved taking the paddleboard out, caught a bunch of crabs and even had a cozy beachside fire a couple of the evenings. The stairs definitely gave us a good workout but totally worth it...

"The location and area are wonderful. The property COULD be a gem, but it is in terrible disrepair. The house inside, while perhaps not outfitted for people who cook a lot, is decent. But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not weeded or cared for, pool cold and dirty, hot tub not working, and not clean, no propane tank for the bbq, the dock in disrepair to the point of being dangerous. "We stayed here for a quick family R&R and it was perfect, this spot is an absolute gem. The water is so clean and warm, great coffee shop right next door and you can float down the river. The check-in process & communication could use some work but the host said that it was the VRBO platform issue so not much they could do on their end. We will definitely be back here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well equipped waterfront accommodation!"
