"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience that’s worth noting. First, I want to commend the staff—they were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected a high level of customer service. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a positive guest experience, and that effort did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet the same standard. Cleanliness was a concern, particularly in the bathroom. The bathtub was visibly worn, and there was mold present in the tile, which is both unappealing and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This alone detracted significantly from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the television was outdated and did not function as expected. In an era where basic amenities are often seamless and modern, this felt like a noticeable oversight.
