we arrived later then we expected due to unforseen circumstances, so the only thing missing from the check in instructions was the code to enter the building on yonge street to access the elevator to get down to the parking garage and retrieve the keys from the lockbox. we had to call the concierge to let us in after proving the other instructions we had to enter.
i would say the parking situation is a bit difficult. i imagine if u were on your own with a car parked inside 2 anndale building, once u put back the key in the lockbox in the yonge street building there is no way to enter back into the 2 anndale parking lot without a fob to retrieve your car.
based on the reviews from others this is the most difficult annoying part of the stay.
Other than that everything was great!

I loved how the key, would make the elevator go to your floor. If you didn’t have the key, you can’t go in the elevator. It made me feel very safe as a solo woman going in and out 100x a day.

If you buy a lunch with your cruise you get a nice table by a window where you can see everything on both sides of the boat without trying to find a convenient seat.

The Seguin boat cruise is about 15 minutes in Gravenhurst. Nice to walk around there.
