It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

The breakfast was wonderful as thought I was in Europe as it was so good . Staff were kind and very thoughtful . Room was lovely and clean . Could not get the T V working and ask for help and they never came as that was sad . We out to a awards night and took both our room cards and returned and there was another in where you put it in inside the room . My daughter question this and they were going to get back to us and not one ever did after the investgation of this . Left feeling sad about this ..
