DO NOT STAY HERE...We had made reservations for 2 for Friday night Feb 14. Our plans changed so on Feb 2 we called the Knights inn directly and asked to move the reservation to Feb 16th. The lady said no problem and hung up. I wasn't sure she knew who i was, because she never asked, so i called back a second time and she said she saw my reservation, called me by name and said she would move the date. We went to check in on the new date and the reservation had not been moved. The girl at the front desk said we hadn't called (i checked the number, i had called them twice that day). She was rude, unsympathetic, and couldn't care less about the situation. We asked her to provide us with a room now that we were there, she said she could, for another $100. She said that i didn't call her because she was the only one that would get the call, so somehow it was our fault. I called them when i found the calls i had made that day, and the cleaner answered the phone, so others do answer. Kim returned my call, i asked to speak to a manager, but he is out of the country until mid March, so i haven't spoken to him yet. Would i recommend this hotel....absolutely not.
