"Hotel has great location but needs some updating and repair. Carpets are old and dirty looking. Furniture in rooms are old and basic. Toilet did not work well. Bedroom walks not well insulated. The elevators were small and slow. Only 2 of 3 elevators were working. It often took 10 minutes to get up or down"

"Room was large but definitely needed some attention. It looked better in photos than it was. Pictures imply breakfast is an option, when I asked they said it wasn't and is accommodation only. Room faced road so was a bit noisy, double glazing may help here. On plus side parking is plentiful and is a convenient location."

"I paid $350 USD for one night, and it feels more like a motel than a hotel. I stayed in room 18 on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs. The carpet feels dirty, and at 12:00 am there’s a lot of noise coming from the bar next door—we can’t sleep. When I called reception, I was told to be patient. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep after a long day, I’d recommend staying somewhere else. I believe the hotel should clearly disclose the nighttime noise, as they are well aware of the issue and I’m clearly not the first guest to complain. The hotel blamed the noise on a holiday evening—but it seems like a constant issue rather than a one-time occurrence."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE! EXPEDIA NEED TO TAKE THEM DOWN & THAT PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED!!!! Absolutely disgusting the photos shown are OLD the place does not look like this. It is run down and out dated . When we arrived the reception was filthy , the man whom served me decided to answer a call mid way. Another man showed up to show me my room instead of telling me where it was. The stairs up to the room were dangerous , the room itself DISGUSTING marks all over the walls , the floors. The mattresses were stainded , the beds were broken and creaked . The shower trickled water we complained and the reception said nothing we can do you can still shower in it. I could piss harder then the shower! Also YOU CAN NOT LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE we put a chair up against the door for our own safety. There was also no talk of them servicing the rooms daily we only knew because our rubbish was gone! I am trying to get a refund we stayed because we drove 3 hours and paid $800 which they wouldnt give back! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"
