"Really nice hotel, conveniently located near Te Pua geothermal park. We all loved the room,which was perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast was really good with lots of varieties and really tasty. The special addition was the outdoors heated pool which we all loved and wish we could stay longer to enjoy."

"The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The room was quite stuffy. A maintenance person tried to fix it. It did seem to cool off a little bit after an hour or two but not very much and it remained warm (i’m always cold, so if I thought the room was warmish 95% of the population wouldn’t like it). . She finally brought up a fan. If a cool room is important to you I would avoid this hotel. "

"The location is great, close to everything. We had an ensuite room, which was nice and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful, and it was a pleasant surprise to have a rock-climbing facility, even though we didn't use it."
