Rooms are spacious, comfy bed, clean with black out curtains. Only downfall is the rooms at Level 1 that look out to the courtyard aren’t soundproof as I could hear a couple having a conversation right outside my bedroom window around 7.30-8.00pm and kids running up and down the hallway. I personally had no problem with the noise though this would definitely be something to consider if you’re looking for peace & quiet. Great customer service from staff onsite, will definitely book again.
Loved our stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Spa services great and the restaurant was great. Only thing was that the tvs didn’t allow screen mirroring and had no streaming apps we could login to.
I stayed here for a girls weekend from AKL. We received a room upgrade (Thank you 🙏) staff at reception were lovely and attentive, room was great good view of lake and Polynesian Spa too (which we also took advantage of). We used the pool facility often which was so handy! Room service was good too, to have this option and the Pinacolada at the Bar was delish! Renovated rooms are fab!
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The warm pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Great location & rooms have been really comfortable for 2 adults & 2 children.
This trip was for my daughters 8th birthday & I had entered Run the Forrest Race. So it was perfect for what we needed it for.
Really dark curtains so everyone had a sleep in.
Downside - 2nd time we have only been supplied 3 towels when theres 4 of us.
Great place to stay for our wee whanau. Heated pool was excellent! Although its not as heated as it states, so gets cold after a while.
Town is a very short walk distance and brilliant food places around.
