Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« There needs to be something placed on the shower floor to prevent slipping in the shower. We both slipped. Also there is mold growing on the lip inside the shower. There were but q few tissues in tissue container. Lastly, the extra charge of $25.00 for nessitiies and then not refunding it and telling us to call our bank to get the money.... »

« Este hotel es horrible, olor a marihuana, no hay cafeteras en las habitaciones, si quieres una debes pagarla, no hay shampoo decente un mini frasquito, jabón es pastilla estilo 1980, el arquitecto que diseñó el estacionamiento lo diseñó como un laberinto sin salida, pedí algo básico como un gorro de baño y no tenían, muy muy caro y no vale la pena, las puertas del lobby no son automáticas debes abrirlas manuales son duras y son dos puertas, no tienen carrito de maletas, honestamente es horrible...

« Love the living room area being a bit separate from the staff. Absolutely love the staff. I had some stuff delivered to my room while I was away. The staff noticed the items and placed them in the room. »

« The staff here was wonderful, unfortunately they were working in an extremely hot lounge area with no air conditioning. The faucet in my tub was broken off the wall, the fan in the bathroom screeched so loud it couldn't be used, and the couch and chair in the room were filthy. Paid way too much for far too little here. »

« We got there the pool was green. One of the kitchen stove burners didn’t work we was told they would send someone they didn’t. We booked there because of the stove and pool so overall not great. »

« Every thing is good during our stay. The only thing we don’t like is there is no microwave in the room and the coffee maker is dirty in our room . They should have coffee area for full day in common place . Their restaurant has very limited menu . Otherwise it was a great stay . »
