Kaslo River Trail Vacation Packages

This property feels like it’s at a crossroads - it appears as though the people running it want it to be good, but they do not seem to be trained or experienced in making it happen. Staff are friendly but not great on the service end. We asked twice to have room cleaned during a 3-night stay, or at least replace the towels and empty the garbage, but that was too big of an ask. Pool and hot tub working, but tile floor around both is filthy. Rooms was newly renovated, but that won’t make up for poor service and amenities in the long run. Hope they figure it out - it has much potential.

Room was very small, two people would not have had room to move. Didn't do anything about the wet carpet.. no restaurant.

Owners were quick to respond and easy and friendly to deal with. Would stay again and recommend staying there.

Clean, great location

The staff is amazing and is always very helpful. Been there 4 times and would go back without hesitation. The restaurant next door has amazing food and great service. Do yourself a favor and try the apple buttermilk pancakes for breakfast - 2 die 4.
