Resturaunt food was taste

Although the location was convenient and the staff provided me with an "upgrade to newly renovated" room, I would not recommend staying here. My room had old single pane windows with a hornets nest outside. Door was missing half of the security lock, the exterior door nearest my room didn't shut let alone lock! The hot tub was the lamest hot tub I've ever seen. Nice size and hot but jets barely worked.

Loved that it is located by the river. The train noise we were warned about didn’t bother us. We never heard one. Was not too thrilled about having to haul our luggage up and down stairs which we had to take to our room to and from the elevator. The bathroom was quite small but clean and shower was good. The room only had a small window with a window air condition unit. (3rd floor). 2nd floor rooms had a balcony and sliding doors. Would have booked that, had I known and paid the extra. We enjoyed a glass of wine and a crib game sitting on the larger, general use patio. All in all, this hotel served its purpose for us.

Everything is within walking distance. Location is great. Accommodation was affordable and clean and presentable. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Check in was fine. Clerk friendly and helpful. No elevator :( we were on 2nd floor and the clerk helped carry our luggage up. The restaurant was closed. The room had a balcony; the lock broke on the sliding glass door. Continental breakfast included. It was OK. Nice fireplace and sitting area in lobby. Again, no elevator. The property is quite old and very dated, getting a little shabby. In need of updating and upkeep.
