"Extremely dated facility, old musty smell to the room, breakfast food was poor, eggs were cold, items not refilled. The airport shuttle was extremely late and terribly overcrowded at pick up. Despite the hotel having guests arrive 10 minutes early for airport drop off, the shuttle was 15 minutes late in picking up guests for airport drop off. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend this hotel. "

"We loved the property! It is quiet (unless the roosters are crowing in the morning) and so peaceful! Takes you away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive many places! "

Shari provided beach chairs and towels. Shari provided information about good places to eat in the area and kept an open line of communication. We had a great stay!"

"Our state was absolutely wonderful. The property was incredibly clean, beautifully updated, and felt bright and spacious throughout. The view was spectacular, and being just steps away from the beach, made it even more special. The beach itself felt private and peaceful, which made the experience even more relaxing. The home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making the space comfortable and welcoming. Both to check in and check out processes were seamless, and the property manager was incredible – very responsive, accommodating, and helpful whenever we had questions. We truly loved our stay I would absolutely return! In fact, we’re already planning to come back again soon. "

"Our family of 12 stayed here from March 4–8 and had an amazing experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing and honestly even better than the photos. The home was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless with great communication from the property management team. The location on Kailua Beach was perfect, sun rises were breath taking and everything was within walking distance, including local shops and Kailua Beach Adventures rentals.
