I honestly didn’t know what to expect for my first time in Mexico City however this hotel changed my mind. The staff here was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect with great amenities and food. I have No complaints. I would Rebook this hotel again if I came back to visit

Check-in was fast and easy as it literally
took under 5 minutes. Apartment was very clean upon our arrival. Staff cleaned our room on 4th day as we traveled for a week. Management is easily accessible via email or WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

Casa Decu was EXCEPTIONAL!! We loved our stay! The staff was friendly, the building is beautiful! You can see the pride they've taken into their hotel on every detail. The room was perfect, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Shower was great too! We've notice that in Mexico many places have issues with the shower water pressure and mold, not Casa Decu! They have a terrace that serves delicious breakfast and it's very cosy!
2 things to know in case they're important to you: no elevator, no A/C but they have a fan in the room and the staff will help you with your luggage up the stairs.
