"Toda la noche hicieron ruido en el cuarto de arriba, es imposible bañarse con agua caliente porque te prohíben tocar la manija del calentador eléctrico que permanece apagado y para evitar cargos pues te bañas con agua fría, de tantas condiciones que ponen te sientes incómodo y evitas tocar las cosas, el “anfitrión“ muy grosero. "Wow. Truly a hidden gem perfect for a relaxing getaway. We chose the weekday trip as we heard it gets really busy in Tepotzlan over the weekends. The property is kept beautifully with tropical gardens and mountain views from the pool. The rooms have cozy patios with fireplaces and they deliver coffee and cookies every morning. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate every meal there vs taking a taxi into town. Hope to be back soon!"
