"Facility was clean. Buffet was great. Omelette station in the morning was the best! Was kind of disappointed, the Italian restaurant wasn't open our first four days there, they finally did open and didn't let us know. So never got to eat there. The beach is across the street, free access is great, but then you are paying $7 per chair, per float, per umbrella, so that adds up day after day. Also paying for drinks and food on the beach day after day gets expensive. Air conditioning in the room worked when it wanted to, was 85 in the room most mornings. Loretta the activity coordinator was so great and fun. Activities every night. The spa!! Best massage I've ever had! All the staff were great. "

As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. "
