"Not sufficient parking for guests. Was called a thief by staff for taking a water bottle of water at breakfast from the cooler."

"Breakfast and service was great. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, and the carpet in the room was all stained. Over all it wasn't bad. Didn't like paying $20 a night for my car to be in the parking lot. "

"Excellent hotel in the area. Staff was so friendly! There is no parking lot for the hotel. Parking is in the strip mall across the street. While we had heard there was parking issues we did find public parking very close to the hotel that we paid for for a few hours till the mall cleared out and then moved there. Would definitely visit here again! "

"I did NOT see a beach view which totally confused me.This was the reason I choose this property but was disappointed.Breakfast was average but I did enjoy the cookies 🍪. Staff was amazing!"

"The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. Lucky we took the headphones. Our room was right next to the highway so it was very loud with all the traffic and loud vehicles. The shower was very slippery and had no grab bars, if we stay again I will have to request a bathroom with grab bars as our daughter has mobility issues. We ended up having to ask for cleaning service at the very end of day 2 because we ran out of towels and toilet paper. We thought they came every 2 days. Its also frustrating to have to walk around the whole block to get back into the hotel once you leave. We did not eat breakfast there but it looked ok. I have a nut allergy and couldnt tell what had nuts and didnt have nuts. It is very close and we were able to get around by foot most the time. If we ever come back here, I know to ask for a room at check in on the east side of the hotel, get a mobility friendly room, and a room with 2 beds, not 2 rooms. Overall it is a very clean hotel."

"We was staying overnight to leave out of cruise the next day. The hotel was very clean, with great breakfast with all that was needed. The staff was very helpful and nice as well. If in the area again we would defiantly stay again. "
