« Superb apartment in a very quiet area of Chicago. Conveniently located between the CTA pink and blue train lines. We were a party of six adults and we all loved the vibe of the apartment. The equipment provided with the apartment is really above our expectations. Lots of little touches from the host that make our stay more enjoyable. « It was a nice four room upstairs apartment. It was nice and relaxing. I didn't end up using the TV or the video games included in the stay but it was a nice addition. The toilet tank stopped filling up for some reason and I had to refill it with water from the sink. Other then that a great place to stay for one or two days. »

« The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared. »

« This location is perfect for games at Wrigley. The Metro station is 3 blocks away. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. When we arrived the carbon monoxide monitor was beeping and needed new battery. A call to the owner got a new carbon and smoke detector installed promptly. Great customer service. « The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. « Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs. »
