Lakeview is a great location with a mixed residential and business feel. This newly redecorated studio is larger than most in the neighborhood with a sleeping area and living area in the main space. There is a large kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances . The apartment is walking distance from Wrigley Field , Boystown, grocery stores, CTA public transportation, restaurants , sport bars and more.

Check in was easy with the code and keys in the box, although the sidewalk was a mess due to construction. Difficult to get in -- would've liked a heads up. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. Nice towels. Appreciated the coffee pot and creamer, thank you. TV was a good size and I accessed local stations easily. Pretty quiet in the room, too.The water was kinda weird -- kitchen had only a tiny, thin stream of water coming out, and the bathroom leaned hot in all directions. All in all, it was decent. Thank you.

Exactly what I needed. Quiet, tidy, and very convenient. Close to Wrigley and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy access to the Brown Line and a bus stop made getting around simple. Great price and location, I'd definitely book again.
