Curated unique art-filled flat with a/c, queen-size bed and full-size futon. Well-lit, fully stocked eat-in kitchen with complete dining set, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. Large closet with hangers, bathroom with bathtub. High-speed internet, flat smart, DVD player, games, barware and back deck with outdoor furniture. No-chores checkout  
  
Just an 8-min walk to the Diversey brown/purple line, 7-min to Lake Michigan, Boystown, Wrigley Field. Perfect for Cubs games or business trips. We are not a multi-unit, or a cookie-cutter unit owned by a large property manager, like most listings around offering glorified gray hotel rooms. We are a lived-in flat tucked into a very quiet stretch of Orchard St, away from train track noises

Cute space, comfy bed and pillows. It was close to amenities and restaurants. A little bit of a dogfight to try and find a space to park for the free parking but overall it’s a great spot

Great spot, Doug was very accessible and available, place is clean and it’s a wonderful building. Parking is a little tricky but follow the instructions and you’re good to go. Would stay again.

We loved it. Clean place that had everything we could have wanted and more. We would use this again for sure 😊 Be aware that there are spiral stairs and it is on the third floor.

#### Nice Studio Great location

Clean and nice decor. Good bathroom and kitchen Mattress will likely be replaced as soft. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Walk to Wrigley Field and Lincoln Park Zoo! Easy and safe transit ride to downtown Doug was great to deal with. We will recommend to friends and family!!

#### Cute, comfortable apartment in great neighborhood

Host was great - friendly and communicative. Apartment is well stocked, nicely and thoughtfully decorated. This is not a generic, stark rental. It’s a studio but with adult son on pull out couch and me on bed, we were fine. Big kitchen with everything we needed and nice bathroom with great Bath products. Love the neighborhood - we walked to the L and Clark St bus stop just a block away. Trader Joe’s just down the block. I would definitely stay here again as it is nicely priced too.
