The staff was phenomenal. I learned after I booked my stay here that the biobay tours do not happen during full moons. I reached out to trade winds and they were beyond accommodating. « If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Gemini House was the perfect place to stay: the hosts are so welcoming and make you feel at home the minute you arrive. It is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast which you can eat outside looking at the garden and sea, is delicious. I also loved the location: 2 minutes away from a beautiful and quiet beach, and a short ride by bus to Oistins. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from Gemini House. The airport is also quite close. « This stay is better than advertised plus it is a short drive from marigot bay and it is near Castries. The view from the pool is the best i've had while staying in Saint-Lucia. The management is extremely responsive and the staff are great. My room was neat and tidy and it had and amazing view on the surrounding mountains and the beach. I will definitely come back here in the future since i came as a guest and left as a friend. »

"Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours ici. C'est un hôtel que nous recommandons car il est bien géré sur toute la ligne. Tout était à notre satisfaction: la chambre, l'entretien, les aménagement extérieurs, la plage, le personnel courtois, la nourriture, les divertissements, etc. Rien à redire. Nous étions dans la partie familiale de Serenade, laquelle semble bien accomoder les familles avec enfants, quoique nous n'avions pas d'enfants avec nous, ce n'était pas dérangeant. Il y a aussi Serenade All Suites qui accommode seulement les adultes. "
