"I was closed to the airport. I got there late and the receptionist was able to extend my check out time to 11:45 AM instead of 11:00 AM. She was nice and was very pleasant."

"All great from questions on survey; the only comment I have is the complimentary breakfast: it is always the same for our 1-week stay. Eggs and sausage links/patties. There should be a variation every other day (like sausage, bacon or other alternatives. I mentioned the same from our previous visit last year but no changes. I guess the manager just heard it accepted but did not listened to my recommendations. "
