"The room was clean and well laid out. It looked like it has been fairly recently updated. The manager was extremely helpful. Just to be clear, the listing on expedia.ca stated there is a restaurant on site which is incorrect. There are a couple of restaurants very close, but not actually on the property. I would definitely recommend this accommodation on your next trip through Hope, BC."

"Everything’s was nice beautiful bathroom however I have this feedback to give, one the bathroom pressure on a rain shower had a lot of condensation in spit of the fan going 2 the phones should be updated to not be 30 years old and still say the Windsor motel. "

"Excellent service from hostess. Hotel room newly renovated, very nice. Nice and clean, bedding is all new, not from 40 years ago. Good style in rooms. Hotel located in town, away from highway. Only issues: No shut off for bathroom fan. Grounds and signage require fixing up, this would help draw in more of an upper scale clientele."

"The staff was friendly at check inn. Unfortunately the motel room was in very poor condition. There were stains on the mirrors, cupboards and walls. The kitchenette included an old dirty plug in hot plate with non functioning built in counter top stove. It was very disappointing for the price. In desperate need of a thorough cleaning and update.
